I have a cousin in my family that is a real estate developer but before that he had a whole bunch of other random jobs. However when he started working as a real estate developer it seemed like it was really the job for him. The work that he was doing as a real estate developer really fit his personality especially because he loves people. Not only does he love people but he loves to make them feel comfortable no matter what. Even if he has to explain something simple to someone thirty times he maintains his patience until he feels that the other person has understood. As a real estate developer this is really important because you have to be able to deal with people and make them feel comfortable. It will be really hard for you to work as a real estate developer if you do not like dealing with people. Sometimes you will have to deal with people who are nervous or even with angry people. As a real estate developer you need to be able to relay the information that you need to get to them in a calm manner and not let their personality affect yours. If you have a strong personality this will be very easy for you because you will always emanate what you are feeling regardless of who you are talking about. If you have control over your emotions you will do well because you will not let others anger you or frustrate you. If you are influence very easily by the moods of others this might turn out to be a very difficult job for you. Just imagine, every time that someone stressed out would come into your office you will end up stressed out and will probably stress them out even more, creating a vicious cycle of stress.
