The wave of the new millennium is pod storage. Gone are the days of bringing your belongings to mass storage garages that are stuffy and expensive. Pod storage is everything that on site storage facilities are not, being easily accessible, portable and inexpensive.
Pod storage is convenient. The various sizes of pods help you tailor storage to your own needs, whether you are moving or just packing up some things. There are usually at least two or three different sizes you can rent. If you are, for instance moving far away, you will probably need the largest size which can contain an entire household. However, if you are packing away only Christmas decorations and winter sports gear for the summer, you probably only need the smallest sized pod. The variety of sizes offered helps to individualize storage, rather than burdening you with a one size fits all garage which might be currently unsuitable for your needs.
Another wonderful thing about pod storage is the easy access it affords. Having your belongings in one permanent spot can be an inconvenience when dealing with a storage facility. Pod storage is wonderful because you can keep units on your own property! Just imagine how much easier it will be to go outside to your storage unit and get out whatever you might need. If you moved, you might have to drive hundreds of miles to get your belongings from a storage facility, and with pods there will be no need for that.
You may wonder how the pod will get to your home. You may worry about having to rent a huge truck to haul the pod to your home. This is something you wont have to think about, because pod storage companies delivery the pod to you. Even if you move more than once with your pod, often these companies will relocate your pod either for free, or for a nominal fee.
You might think that these kind of storage units are expensive. This is not so. Sixty dollars per month is approximately how much a pod will sent you back. Many self hauling truck rentals cost upwards of twenty dollars per day, and that is only if you are moving across town! Many times moving to a different county or state with these trucks can cost double that price per day. Thus, it is easy to see why pods are a good bargain.
Another concern that people often have is being able to pack items well so they do not break or get damaged. Often times, conventional movers can be careless and inexperienced. You can be in control of packing as much as you like with most pod companies. They offer the options of packing your possessions for you, or helping you do the job yourself. There is so much to love about pod storage.
